Role Overview
A high-impact commercial leader to drive global adoption of InsightAssist's AI-powered research and intelligence platform, focused on enterprise SaaS sales and long-term account growth - moving clients from traditional project-based buying to scalable subscription models.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Drive new logo acquisition and ARR growth across India and global markets

Establish InsightAssist as a strategic AI platform, replacing legacy research procurement

Leverage existing network to open doors for demos, pilots, and enterprise trials

Convert inbound and outbound leads into paid annual pilots and multi-year contracts

Own the full SaaS sales funnel: Discovery -> Demo -> Pilot -> Conversion -> Expansion

Track and deliver ARR/MRR growth, pipeline velocity, and CAC efficiency
CLIENT SUCCESS & ACCOUNT GROWTH

Act as trusted advisor integrating InsightAssist into client decision-making workflows

Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention across accounts

Identify upsell opportunities across teams, geographies, or business units

Monitor usage data proactively to increase stickiness and reduce churn

Maintain high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through renewals and expansions
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience selling SaaS / AI / data platforms to enterprises or research-driven organizations

Demonstrated success in ARR growth, renewals, and account expansion

Experience engaging senior stakeholders - Insights Heads, Strategy Teams, Data Leaders

Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and storytelling ability

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

A strategic marketing leader responsible for demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and product adoption for InsightAssist, leveraging performance marketing and data-driven experimentation.
Key Responsibilities

Own demand generation strategy aligned to SQLs and ARR growth

Execute multi-channel campaigns: Paid Media, SEO, ABM, retargeting

Optimize funnel metrics: CPL, CAC, MQL → SQL → ARR

Build strong positioning and GTM messaging

Lead content strategy: whitepapers, webinars, LinkedIn thought leadership

Track marketing performance, attribution, and ROI

Drive ABM for enterprise accounts

Lead and mentor the marketing team
Skills & Expertise

Strong SaaS / B2B growth marketing experience
