Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent billing practices are designed to ensure fairness for all Insight Assist Users. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Terms & Conditions. By subscribing to the Services, the User agrees to the refund and cancellation terms outlined below.
Fees
All Fees, licenses, AI credits, response packages, and service charges are generally non-refundable.
Free Trials & Product Evaluation
Where available, Company may offer free trials, pilot environments, or demonstrations to evaluate platform capabilities before purchase. Users are encouraged to assess the platform thoroughly before subscribing.
Subscription Cancellation
A User may cancel its subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access remains active until the current billing period expires. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
Annual Subscription Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable after activation. Early termination does not qualify for partial refunds.
Monthly Subscription Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Access continues until the end of the active billing cycle. Partial month refunds are not available.
Usage-Based Services
The following are non-refundable once allocated or consumed:
AI Credits
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
Additional Responses
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
User Licenses
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
Report Generation Credits
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
Data Processing Services
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
Professional Services
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
Custom Development Work
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
Survey Programming Services
Non-refundable once allocated or consumed.
Refund Eligibility
A User would be eligible to seek refund only in the following situations:
Duplicate Payment
You were charged multiple times due to a billing error.
Verified Technical Failure
A critical platform issue prevented access to core subscribed services and could not be reasonably resolved.
Unauthorized Transaction
A payment was made fraudulently or without authorization and is successfully verified.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind; lack of usage; user error; feature requests not currently available; dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs; survey performance expectations; staff turnover or organizational changes; business closure; or custom project work already initiated.
Service Credits
Instead of monetary refunds, Company may provide additional subscription time, AI credits, response credits, premium support credits, or feature upgrade credits. Service credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the relevant charge. Please include the following information in the refund requests: User Name, Registered Email Address, Invoice Number, Description of Issue, and Supporting Evidence.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within fifteen (15) business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on the User's payment provider.
Chargebacks
Users agree to contact Company before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
Policy Updates
Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
